I am a lawyer and strategic counselor.
My mission is to deliver cost-effective legal services to a sophisticated clientele.
My approach

Information technology has come a long way since Alexander Graham Bell invented the telephone. The computer age arrived. HAL 9000, the fictional computer antagonist in Arthur C. Clarke's Space Odyssey has evolved into Siri, the virtual assistant now embodied in iPhones. Today, we're able to access almost any kind of information instantly on hand-held devices we carry in our pockets or purses. Witnessing such an awesome display of raw processing power, some might wonder whether modern computers will someday replace lawyers.
Robert C. Weber, IBM's General Counsel, doesn't think so. He writes in the National Law Journal that Watson, IBM's supercomputing champion of the Jeopardy game show, will never replace flesh and blood lawyers, because:
The essence of good lawyering is mature and sound reasoning, and there's simply no way a machine can match the knowledge and ability to reason of a smart, well-educated and deeply experienced human being.
That pretty much sums up the most valuable assets of a good lawyer: knowledge, reasoning ability, education and experience.
I am a lawyer and strategic counselor. I help people pursue business and real estate opportunities, develop strategies for success, and solve problems. As a strategic counselor, I use the insight and common sense gained from more than thirty years of practice experience to guide clients through complex transactions. When I accept an engagement, I make the client's cause my own. In my practice career, I have advised businesses of all sizes, reviewed, negotiated and drafted thousands of contracts, and handled all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions.
I have practiced business and real estate law in Wisconsin for more than 30 years, but my approach is distinctly modern. As a sole practitioner, I believe in using technology wherever possible to leverage my skills, improve service delivery and lower costs.
